Destined to Return

Life was good... until all of a sudden it wasn't.

Spain, once home to a thriving Jewish community, is no longer safe.

When Don Chaim and the entire community flee for their lives from the invading Muslims and their demand that they convert, they do so with the goal of keeping their families safe.

But then tragedy strikes. Don Chaim's young son, Shlomo, is lost in the chaos.

Across deserts and seas, through raging storms and murderous bandits, the family struggles to rebuild, holding fast to their emunah that Hashem will somehow reunite them again with their son.

Years pass. The world changes.
