Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping Costs
A flat shipping and handling fee of $20.00 applies to all orders within Australia.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

• For orders under 3kg and outside of Victoria, we use Australia Post parcel bags with tracking. Delivery typically takes up to 2 business days to most capital cities.

• Express Post (next-day delivery) is available upon request for an additional charge. Please mention this in your order comments.

Oversized or Heavy Orders

• Items over 3kg or considered oversized will be sent via regular post.

• If shipping costs exceed $20.00, we will contact you before dispatch.

• To avoid delays, please include a contact phone number with your order or in the comments section.

• If you wish to pre-authorise additional shipping charges to speed up processing, please leave a note in the comments.

International Orders

• While we primarily ship within Australia, international shipping may be arranged by request. Shipping costs will be quoted and approved by you before billing.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours, depending on stock availability.

• If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you via email to offer alternatives or the option to backorder.

• You will not be charged for any items that are out of stock and not shipped.

• Final billing is only processed once your order is ready to dispatch.
