Upon placing an order, you will receive an email from us stating that the order was received. Upon processing the order, you will receive another email.
Please call us if this case arises. We will be happy to assist you with the change of address if the order has not shipped yet.

Shipping and handling is charged at $20.00 nationwide.
Outside of Victoria, goods are sent in Australia Post bags with tracking available. Goods should be received within 2 days of shipping to most Australian cities.
For parcels over 3 kg, we will send by regular post. If is more than $20.00 we will contact you to accept extra charges.
For goods shipped overseas, shipping charges will be charged accordingly and customers will be advised of cost prior to being billed.
We aim to have all orders shipped within 72 hours of an order being placed, subject to items being in stock.
If items are out of stock we will contact you by e-mail to discuss whether you wish to backorder items or to choose an alternative item.
