Yemenite Shofar - Kudu Horn

This  Yemenite Shofar with a natural finish is hand-crafted in Israel. It has a traditional style mouthpiece, is non-scented and is certified as Kosher by the Rabbinate. You can choose from a choice of three sizes. The length is determined by measuring along the outside curve of the Shofar.

You will find it easier to blow the larger size Shofars. The Shofar pictured here is for illustration - color and shape vary. We have a large stock supply ready for delivery. Before shipping every Shofar is checked again for quality and sound.

The Yemenite shofar, used for generations by the Jews of Yemen is now popular world-wide, enjoyed for its attractive shape and its wider range of notes. It comes from the horns of the African kudu, a large striped antelope with long powerful spiral horns.
